Refund Policy
1.1 Cooling Off Period
Your registration to the event shall be voided if you advise us, in writing, within five (3) calendar days of signing up, that you no longer wish to receive our seminar services by delivering or sending (including by electronic mail) a written cancellation notice to us (hereinafter referred to as "Cancellation Notice"). We will then refund to you all monies or part thereof which you have paid to us under this Agreement within thirty (30) business days from the date we have received such Cancellation Notice.
Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the power and effectiveness of FunnelCreationKit, and we're confident that you'll see incredible results from our platform. That's why we're offering a 1-Year Money-Back Guarantee. If you don't achieve the results you expect after using FunnelCreationKit for a full year, we'll refund your money. Here's how it works:
Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must have an active FunnelCreationKit subscription for 365 days.
Request Period: You can only apply for the refund exactly 365 days after your purchase. Once this period begins, you have a 1-week window to request your refund. The request must be submitted before the end of the 7th day at 11:59 PM.
Proof of Action Form: You must complete and submit the Proof of Action Form. This form requires detailed documentation of your use of FunnelCreationKit, including:
- Evidence of your continuous use of the platform.
- Detailed records of the steps taken as outlined in our training and support materials.
- Examples of funnels created and campaigns run.
Submission: Submit your refund request along with the completed Proof of Action Form via our support email [email protected]
Review Process: Our team will review your submission to verify that you have made a genuine effort to use FunnelCreationKit as intended. If all criteria are met, we will process your refund promptly.
1.2 Cancellation
TRES Client Acquisition Pte. Ltd. reserves all rights to move or reschedule the The Wealthy Expert Bootcamp depending on the circumstances. We can either move your registration along or send you the recording of the 3 Day Bootcamp itself or previous recordings (if available).
1.3 Refunds
By signing up, you acknowledge that you shall not be entitled to and shall not claim a refund other than by strict compliance with Clause 1.1.
All payments for TRES Client Acquisition Pte. Ltd. or for services provided via Funnel Creation Kit are in USD and are non-refundable. You can cancel your monthly subscription to FunnelCreationKit at any time, but all previous payments are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated.
If you decide to cancel your FunnelCreationKit membership, you will lose access to any and all data inside app.funnelcreationkit.com ecosystem, which includes, but is not limited to; FunnelCreationKit Funnel Templates, Workflows, & Courses. You will be removed from the FunnelCreationKit Community Facebook Group.
Refunds will not be granted outside these windows from the date of initial purchase, for any reason.
If you wish to cancel your FunnelCreationKit subscription (including subscriptions for services) at any time, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email address: [email protected]
1.4 Subscription Terms And Automatic Payment
A FunnelCreationKit user is responsible for paying all sums due to FunnelCreationKit in connection with their monthly or yearly subscription in accordance with these Terms. Every calendar month or year, your account will be charged up to the subscription fee plus applicable tax for the following month’s subscription, together with any other fees for the following month’s subscription plus any accumulated charges for the past period (collectively, “Fees”). Failure by the FunnelCreationKit user to use any of the services available through the service provided by FunnelCreationKit does not relieve the FunnelCreationKit user of their payment obligations under these Terms.
Potential users can pay by credit card or debit card. Payment details shall be collected by us through our secure financial data collection mechanism. You acknowledge and agree that we hold data relating to the transaction, including the last four digits and the expiration date of the card used to purchase the products or services together with details on when payment is due. You further acknowledge and agree that payments are due on a recurring basis in accordance with the payment terms for the specific service purchased (unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms) and therefore authorize the automatic payment collection terms applicable to that specific service (e.g., on a monthly or yearly basis and for a specific amount).
1.5 Failed Monthly Payments
If you are delinquent on your payments, please be advised we will delete the account and any subsequent funnels associated with the account after 14 days of delinquency.
1.6 Access to FunnelCreationKit: including all The Wealthy Expert Assets, Funnel Templates, Automations, and Training Materials
With your membership to FunnelCreationKit, you’ll receive access to our exclusive FunnelCreationKit Digital Assets, Training and Support Channels, Pipelines, and Funnel-related Data tracking tools. This access specifically includes, but is not limited to; FunnelCreationKit funnel templates, FunnelCreationKit Email templates and FunnelCreationKit Automations. We retain the Trademark and Copyrights on FunnelCreationKit Funnel Designs. All of these materials are only permitted for use within FunnelCreationKit, exclusively for current FunnelCreationKit members only.
This means that everything inside the FunnelCreationKit (app.funnelcreationkit.com) is non-transferable to any other FunnelCreationKit ecosystem, or any other outside ecosystem or funnel builder. The use of FunnelCreationKit training materials outside of FunnelCreationKit membership or sharing of any kind without our consent is strictly prohibited.
If you decide to cancel your FunnelCreationKit membership, you will lose access to any and all data inside the app.funnelcreationkit.com ecosystem, which includes, but is not limited to; FunnelCreationKit Funnels Templates, FCK University. You will be removed from the FunnelCreationKit Community Facebook Group.
